Mr. Chaney joined Gulf Exploration in January of 2014 as an Operations Superintendent when Gulf Exploration purchased the producing well assets of Marshall Oil Corporation. He primarily focuses on new well location construction, new well completions and existing well re-completions.  In addition, Mr. Chaney oversees a team of lease operators throughout Gulf Exploration’s areas of operation. Before his time at Gulf Exploration, he worked for Marshall Oil Corporation for 23 years, starting as a pumper and working his way up to becoming the Production Foreman. Mr. Chaney also managed several service companies owned by Marshall Oil Corporation.
